In an effort to continually improve our patients' experiences, William Bee Ririe Hospital and Rural Health Clinic has enlisted the help of JL Morgan and Associates to assist us in measuring our patient satisfaction scores. We will no longer be sending out patient satisfaction surveys through the mail. Instead JL Morgan and Associates, a nationally recognized surveying company out of Alabama, will be reaching out to our patients over the phone to help us determine ways we can improve our services and operations as a hospital, clinic, and emergency department. We appreciate your participation in these surveys. Your feedback and insight is so valuable. These surveys provide us with the tools to create improvements where needed and present recognition to those within the facility that deserve it.
