- The EVS Technician (Housekeeper) cleans, sanitizes and provides customer service to all patients and staff.
-Performs daily, weekly, project, and discharge cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
-Follows all infection control procedures, including hand washing techniques and standard and isolation precautions.
-Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedures.
-Maintains a good working knowledge of chemicals and proper storage.
-Performs room set-ups and moves furniture if needed.
-Collects and transports trash and hazardous waste to the appropriate disposal area.
-Performs linen (clean and soiled) runs using proper equipment.
-Replenishes all areas and the housekeeping cart with toilet paper, paper towels, and other items as appropriate for each shift.
-Works as a team and communicates well with co-workers, manager, members of WBRH, patients, and visitors.

The Phlebotomist will be responsible for properly identifying patients, drawing, accessioning, handling and processing patient specimens and orders. The candidate expected to be a representative of the hospital and laboratory deliver excellent patient service, answer patient questions, act as a resource for patient information and strengthen the relationship between the patients and reflect great credit upon the facility and the candidate. Collect, accession, and deliver specimens to the testing laboratory as per physician order. Develop effective and efficient collection techniques all patients from pediatric to geriatric. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director as needed, including but not limited to record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Come join our team of 2 Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapist in our community in rural Nevada at Summit Therapy. We provide outpatient and inpatient therapy at William Bee Ririe Hospital - a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Ely, NV.
We have a modern 2400 square foot gym and adjacent therapy pool where we provide therapy to a variety of patients from 3 months old to over 100 years old. We have a 90% outpatient to 10% inpatient mix and treat orthopedics, sports medicine, neuro, pediatrics, vertigo, and wound care.

This position is responsible for a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to department testing, clinical relevance, and complex problem solving skills. This position serves as a department resource, and is responsible for assisting with department compliance with all pertinent laboratory accrediting agency and regulatory requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, OSHA). A Respiratory Therapist works in a hospital environment to provide physicians with assistance related to respiratory therapy. As a team member, you will be performing diagnostic testing, collecting and analyzing blood gas specimens, documenting in medical records, performing EKG\'s and filing reports, formulating teaching plans for patients, Administering medical gasses, breathing therapy modalities, and approved medication, maintaining equipment, providing mechanical ventilation, performing pulmonary tests, assist with airway management in Labor and Delivery, stress tests and set up holter/event monitors.
Requirements: Current CRT or RRT license (Nevada), current BLS and ACLS with PALS and NRP obtained within six months of hire, demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients, and current Nevada Blood Technologist or General Supervisor License (or must apply for gas technologist license within 30 days of hire).
One year as a RT in a hospital setting preferred, ER and L&D experience preferred. This position will include weekends and call.
