William Bee Ririe Hospital and Rural Health Clinic
is offering sports physicals, at the WBRH Ely Clinic, to students in 6th—12th grade
There is no cost to patients.
Physicals will be scheduled by Appointment Only– July 25 through August 10, 2022
Call 775-289-4040 to schedule. Please remember to wear a mask to the clinic.
Parents are required to accompany students under 18 years old.
This screening does not include things like immunizations, wellness checks,
illness screenings, prescription refills, etc.
If your child needs any follow-up screenings to be cleared for participation in sports,
you will have to schedule that appointment at a later date/time and
you will be responsible for that cost.
Please go to registermyathlete.com to fill out the
administrative paperwork and bring it to the physical.
