Radiology and Respiratory vouchers will be available at Hospital Admitting during the Health Screening.

Payment is accepted in cash, check, or credit card.

Note:   Insurance will not be billed,  but many insurance groups will reimburse the cost or apply the deductible if receipts are sent in.
