Online bill payment is now available for hospital and clinic bills which include:
 
About Your Hospital Bill
 
We know hospital bills can be confusing. At WBRCAH/RHC we have worked to improve our policies for patients:
           
            •       We make sure bills are consistent for similar services
            •       We have expanded the number of people who qualify for reduced payments
 
We will collect your portion of the bill at the time that you receive a service. We accept cash, check or major credit cards. If you have insurance, we will send the bill directly to your insurance company. If we do not receive payment from you insurance company within 60 days, you will be responsible for the balance due.
 
You will receive a separate bill for certain services. Your hospital bill will not include charges for:
 
            •        Physicians (you will receive separate bills for each doctor who sees you)
            •        Laboratory (Reference Labs)
            •        X-Ray & Imaging (Radiologist Fees)
 
Receiving Care in the Emergency Room
 
If you visit our Emergency Room (ER), you will receive care according to your condition. If you are not seriously ill or injured, you will be seen in the order of your arrival. All patients in our ER receive the medical review necessary. This is true whether or not you have the ability to pay for your care. Through this policy, we comply with federal law.
 
Helping in Paying Your Bills
 
If you need assistance in paying your medical bills, ask to speak with one of our financial counselors. They will help you figure out if you qualify for any programs that could help. This service is free.
